Your mission at TwoJeys
You’ll be part of our retail team in Le Marais, representing TwoJeys and creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through our doors.
You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day life of the store, combining customer service, sales, product knowledge and operational excellence. You'll be one of the main faces of the brand, helping bring the TwoJeys community and culture to life in-store.

· Deliver an outstanding customer experience, building genuine connections with clients and representing the TwoJeys brand and values every day.
· Support the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring product presentation, replenishment, cleanliness and organization standards are consistently maintained.
· Contribute to achieving individual and store sales targets through product knowledge, customer service and commercial mindset.
· Collaborate closely with the rest of the team, supporting store needs and helping create a positive and energetic working environment.
· Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and proactively contribute to the success of the store through attitude, reliability and teamwork.· Maintain clear and proactive communication with HQ and cross-functional teams.
· Ensure the store always reflects the brand standards in terms of image, energy and execution.
Brand & community
· Help bring the brand to life locally through activations, community initiatives and in-store energy.
· Collaborate closely with Retail, Brand and PR teams to elevate the customer experience and store visibility.
· Be an ambassador of the brand and create genuine connections with customers and the local community.
